Reviews of AMG Duct Cleaning Cherry Hill
AMG Duct Cleaning Cherry Hill has 16 reviews on its own Google Business Profile, with an average of 5.0. Three of them are quoted below as they appear on Google.
A review is written after the crew has gone home, which makes it the plainest account of a visit a homeowner can find. The reviews on this profile come from the Cherry Hill location's own customers, and the three quoted here describe the kinds of problems the crew is called for across Camden County and Burlington County: a noisy system, a whistling return, weak airflow at the registers.

An expert technician came out and diagnosed the issue with our loud furnace plenum, which had appeared like a lost cause. It needed a simple metal cross-brace and acoustic dampener to solve the problem without selling us extra parts. Hard to find honest, dependable craftsmanship but this firm delivered entirely.
We experienced a whistling noise coming from our primary intake grille and their changes were able to remedy the issue immediately.
Right after their air vent clean they noticed a huge change in the air velocity.
What the quoted reviews describe
The first is about a loud furnace plenum that the owners had come close to giving up on. The technician diagnosed it and fixed it with a simple metal cross-brace and an acoustic dampener, and the reviewer notes that no extra parts were sold. A plenum is a large sheet metal box on top of the furnace, and a big flat panel can boom when the blower starts; bracing it is the kind of small, specific air duct repair that ends the noise without touching the rest of the system.
The second concerns a whistling primary intake grille, the main return where the system draws air back in, which went quiet after the crew's changes. A return whistles when air is squeezed through an opening too small for it, whether that is the grille, the filter behind it or a damper, and the fix is to open the restriction rather than turn the system down.
The third reports a big change in air velocity right after a vent cleaning. Taking the dust lining out of the runs lowers the resistance the blower pushes against, and a stronger stream at the register is one result of air duct cleaning a homeowner can feel with a hand.
How to read the profile
Google lets you sort the Reviews tab. Newest first shows the latest visits; lowest rated first shows any complaint before anything else, which is worth checking for yourself. Then look for details that match your own house: a split-level with a noisy return, a townhome dryer vent that exits through the roof, an old chimney in Haddonfield. A review that names the problem and what the crew did tells you more than the stars do.
The rating and the count shown on this site come from that profile, and they are updated here when they change on Google.
